Refund Policy Refund Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made up to 10 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations made after this period will be refunded according to the cancellation schedule.
  • For consecutive night bookings, cancellation fees are calculated and applied individually for each night based on the policy.
  • The refund amount will be the total paid minus the cancellation fee corresponding to the cancellation date.
  • Cancellations on the day of check-in and no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Reservations may be cancelled if booking dates or rates are incorrectly applied due to system errors.
  • Any disadvantage resulting from errors in the guest information entered during booking is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Please note that refunds are not available if entry is refused due to exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room.
  • Pets are not permitted; entry will be refused, and refunds are not available for this reason.
  • Card cancellations and refunds may take 3 to 7 business days depending on the credit card company or payment gateway.

Namsuheon Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy Full Terms

This policy defines the standards for room reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds for Namsuheon, operated by Awon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), to clarify the rights and obligations between the guest and the Company.

Article 01Article 1 (Reservations)

  1. Room reservations can be made through the website or the reservation system designated by the Company.
  2. A reservation is confirmed once payment is completed.
  3. After completion, confirmation can be verified through the email entered at the time of booking or via the reservation system.
  4. If the information entered during booking is found to be inaccurate, the reservation may be cancelled.

Article 02Article 2 (Reservation Changes)

  1. Whether a reservation can be changed depends on room availability and operational conditions.
  2. When changing a reservation, the room rate may be adjusted to reflect the sales conditions at the time of the change.
  3. If the rate changes due to a change in room type or date of stay, additional payment or a refund of the difference may occur.

Article 03Article 3 (Cancellation and Refund Standards)

Cancellations and refunds are processed based on the check-in date according to the schedule below.

  • Up to 10 days before stay: No cancellation fee
  • 9 days before stay: 10% of the payment amount deducted
  • 8 days before stay: 20% of the payment amount deducted
  • 7 days before stay: 30% of the payment amount deducted
  • 6 days before stay: 40% of the payment amount deducted
  • 5 days before stay: 50% of the payment amount deducted
  • 4 days before stay: 60% of the payment amount deducted
  • 3 days before stay: 70% of the payment amount deducted
  • 2 days before stay: 80% of the payment amount deducted
  • 1 day before stay: 90% of the payment amount deducted
  • Day of stay or No-Show: Non-refundable

※ Separate cancellation and refund policies may apply to peak seasons and specific promotional offers, and the terms presented at the time of booking will take precedence.

Article 04Article 4 (Refunds)

  1. The refund amount will be the total payment minus any cancellation fees applicable at the time of cancellation.
  2. Credit card cancellations and refunds may take several business days depending on the processing procedures of the card issuer or payment gateway.
  3. For bank transfers, the refund will be processed after the refund account details are verified.

Article 05Article 5 (Consecutive Night Bookings)

  1. Cancellation fees for consecutive night bookings may be applied individually to each night of the stay.
  2. Even when cancelling only a portion of the stay, the refund policy for each respective night will apply.

Article 06Article 6 (Obligations of the Guest)

  1. Guests must enter accurate information when making a reservation.
  2. Any disadvantage arising from errors or omissions in the reservation details is the sole responsibility of the guest.
  3. The Company is not liable if a guest fails to receive reservation confirmations or notices due to incorrect contact information.

Article 07Article 7 (Admission Restrictions)

Admission may be restricted in any of the following cases:

  • When the maximum occupancy of the room is exceeded
  • When accompanied by pets
  • When minors attempt to stay without the consent of a legal guardian
  • When these terms or the house rules are violated

If admission is restricted, refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Article 08Article 8 (System Errors)

  1. The Company may cancel a reservation in the event of system errors not caused by intentional or gross negligence of the Company, such as reservation system glitches, incorrect room rate entries, double bookings, or sales errors.
  2. In such cases, the Company will notify the guest as promptly as possible and issue a full refund of any amount paid.
  3. With the guest's consent, the Company may propose an alternative room of the same or similar standard.

Article 09Article 9 (Force Majeure)

If accommodation services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, fire, infectious disease outbreaks, government administrative orders, power outages, or other causes beyond the Company's control, the Company will proceed with reservation changes or refunds in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 10Article 10 (Miscellaneous)

  1. Matters not specified in this policy shall be governed by the general Terms of Use and relevant laws.
  2. The Company may amend this policy as necessary for operational reasons, and any changes will be announced on the website or through the reservation system.
